Philips Electronic Instruments PW 1771/00 Goniometer For Sale: a Philips Electronic Instruments PW 1771/00 Goniometer as pictured. This was with a Philips PW 1710 X-Ray Diffractometer system I had some years ago. It was purchased by someone that already had one, they just wanted certain pieces for backup parts rather than paying to ship the whole thing. Much of what was left got scrapped but this piece looks like it might be ready to get back to work so I kept it. And I do still have some of the electronics listed as well. The “arm” piece which I assume to be some sort of sensor (?) has the number 9425.035.80100 on it while the sensor itself has a slightly different number , 9425.035.90100. The entire piece is in good physical condition as best I can tell, not knowing what one of these should look like exactly. There is a toothed belt I guess you would call it hanging down amidships, attached to nothing. I can’t see how that would be adjusted if that is what it is for, I don’t see anything else for the belt to attach to. Please examine the pictures carefully to see what you are getting as I may misstate things about what is being offered here. What you see is what you get. Because of the size and weight of this shipment I have chosen to let the ebay shipping calculator assess the shipping charges. They are based on an estimated weight of 90 pounds. Due to the high cost of shipping the piece is being sold for parts or repair only even though it may well work, but I will NOT accept a return.
