Once the chain is put on, the cage is locked closed, keeping the treasure inside from escaping. A pearl cage is a wonderful gift for yourself, a friend or a loved one. The Cage - Cross The Pearl Cage is silver plated and always checked for quality. The Chain Material- .925 Sterling Silver Style- Snake Chain Width- 1.2 mm We include a 20" .925 silver snake chain with each pendent. Our pearls are colored natural freshwater pearls and are NOT artificial. Because of this, they may have a somewhat irregular shape. Your pearl will be tested to ensure it fits correctly in your pendant and does not have any defects which will take away from the overall beauty of the pendant. Each pearl has been pre-drilled with a small hole. If you are unhappy with the color of the pearl indicated in the picture and named above (Natural) we can substitute one of the following colors -subject to availability.
