Tired of cleaning and maintaining your running boards due to dust and grit buildup in your exposed board joints? The 'Runner Cover' bracket was designed to snap over the lower bracket joints to prevent dirt and dust into the joint causing wear and tear. The bracket has been in testing for months with daily driving and off-roading. Of inspecting the joints, the baseline grease used in the grease traps of the 'Runner Cover' was clear and did not have any dust particles. The choice of 3D printing the brackets provide ultra-lightweight components (under 45 grams each) and the flexibility allowing the removal of the bracket without fracturing the component. Once the bracket is printed and post processed, it is rubber coated to help give a tighter grip preventing finer dust intrusion. Instructions. Please view the .gif of installing the Runner Cover. If unable to play the .gif: - Bring out the running board. - Hold the bracket with both hands behind the lower bracket. - With little effort, flay the bracket open while sliding down the bracket. - The bracket will be installed once both bracket joint are covered by the Runner Cover
